Sexual harassment at work?
I am relatively young and successful with a job I am very good at and proud to have. Due to my position within the company I am assigned a select number of subordinates to carry out menial tasks which I cannot carry out.
However, the other day my superior took me into his office, where I was greeted with the head of HR, and was told that they had received a sexual harassment complaint against me. During discussions I was informed that I could face automatic dismissal if found culpable.
I have a suspicion that this has been made by the black girl in my office, who I strongly believe is a cheap labour immigrant, just looking for money as I have shown no interest in these types of people or immigrants whatsoever as my health is very important to me.
Obviously I do not think there is a case here and would be extremely surprised if anyone took her seriously especially since I have dated a couple of the girls at work and they have all been white for the obvious reasons.
However, if they do somehow see a case (The head of HR is a spanish/mexican looking guy and they tend to stick together) and dismiss me, is this legal without previous warnings?
Your employer can dismiss you at any time for any reason unless you have a contract.

Nice trolling.
If any of this is true-I’m sure they gave you plenty of details.
If you are the boss-stop dating girls at work.

Why not just draw a big old target on your forehead here……
Stop. Now.
letter to HR. Advise them the charges are false, you will be retaining a lawyer, and any and all further conversations about this charge should go thru him.
And if there are any. Hire one.

Does your Company have any proof of these allegations? If they do, they are probably entitled to dismiss you on the spot – check your contract if you have one, check company policy if not. You come across as both pompous and racist….maybe your co-workers just want rid of you? The bottom line is that, without proof, they can’t dismiss you as you will argue that the allegations are purely malicious.

For this type of offence you must be given a first verbal warning. If it happened again then you will then receive a further warning but you may have your own witness present at the proceedings and there must be notes made of the dialogue at the meeting. You must then approve or not those notes. If you are dismissed then you can go to an industrial tribunal at which your case will be heard by an independent body.
If you believe that your company is employing illegal labour then you should voice your suspicions to the authorities.
Unfortunately I suspect that from what you say that you are a little anti immigrants anyway so I suggest you are careful how you state these points.

You sound like such a charming person to work with that I can’t imagine they’d want to dismiss you.
If an allegation has been made against you, you are entitled to know the details. If the allegation is found proved than depending on the seriousness of the matter you may well be dismissed.
Sexual Harassment is on a scale, isn’t it? Making an inappropriate joke is an one end, rape is at the other and getting your knob out at the water-cooler is somewhere in the middle.
So the short answer to your question is: yes, but it depends on the nature of the findings made.

Whether you are guilty of sexual harassment or not, you are stupid if you have been dating subordinates, and the tone of your question certainly leads me to believe that you are a racist and guilty of racial discrimination, in which case you should be fired anyway.

i hope they do sack you, stop being so racist
