Do you know the name of this movie?
I don't remember what it was called I think was called the puppet master, but in those movies the puppets are really evil. In this all of the puppet or would grained on is named drill sergeant, one is six shooter, and one is called hans I think.They are trying to save there creator from these telepathic guys that wear sun glasses and trench coats. There is one seen where the puppets are fight thing them and the one namde Hans is on a staircase strangling one of the three bad guys.
Saw it sometime in the mid 90's

Sounds more like Puppetmaster 3 than Retro but I could be wrong. I haven't seen these in a while 3 is the one with 6- Shooter on the cover. Retro is the one with the Egyptians in it, 3 has Nazis if that helps you at all.
Love these films btw but after about 7 + of them it's hard to keep them straight.

What is the big deal about the movie Paranormal Activity?
From the looks of the trailer, the hype is probably bigger than the movie itself. I hate these "reality" type movies. The movies make out to be unprofessional, raw, and unedited with first person point of view with the jerky cameras like Cloverfield. What a totally stupid unworthy movie. At least, Blair Witch Project was a good movie.
If someone has actually watched the movie (in its entirety), tell me what you really think. Is it worth watching, and were you really impressed? Please, rate the movie out of 5 stars.

I have not seen the movie but alot of people are saying they really liked it so idk but i love the show on Discovery Channel called "A Haunting". It's a great show! Your list is very good, out of your list The Exorcist, Amityville Horror(the one with Ryan Reynolds), Rosemary's Baby, and The Omen are on my list as well. If you like scary you should watch "Ringu" from 1998, the original Japanese version of "The Ring". It's five times scarier and way better.

well 1st off i have NOT seen it YET. i cannot wait to tho. it will semm raw and unedited since it was made with a $15,000 budget. i dont think it will be too jerky cuz from the looks of it the cameras they put thru the house are on tripods. the whole point of that type of movie, with a handheld camera, is to make the audience feel like they are in the movie. u say u dont like that type so im doubting ur gonna even give it a chance and u have already made up ur mind that its going to suck..

I saw the movie a few weeks ago and it did live up to my expectations. It wasn't as scary as i thought it was gonna be though. Its not a pop out scare you type movie like most horror movies today. Its very tense, my hands were sweating the entire film. It was about the sounds you hear and the things you see (and sometimes dont see) that made it soo scary. The movie makes you feel like you are right there, its kinds like your watching a snuff film. Pretty bad a$$. I would give it a 4.25 out of 5. Best horror movie i've seen in awhile. The camera pretty much is on a tripod for most of the movie so you dont have to worry about it being that jerky. Overall is was a great movie. I suggest watching it before you judge it. Easy to criticize something you haven't seen yet. Go see the movie and judge it for yourself.

Can i get a reasonable compensation from the royal mail due to the loss of my parcel?
My friend has sent me a parcel with an ipod touch which worth for about ?100.
However the parcel was too big for my letterbox and i received the "you were out" card, saying that i have to collect the item at the post office.
I went there for 3times and the staff told me they cannot find the parcel, therefore they will ask my postman on Saturday and will call me if they find it.
They have not called or did not contact me at all.
I am thinking of claiming for a compensation, but I've never tried before so I do not know how to.

Royal mail is pretty bad for this, if it was a standard recorded delivery, you will get a maximum of ?30 or so compensation. If it was insured to a higher value or special delivery then you should get the full amount. If it was first/second class, you're out of luck.

firstly the receiver you cannot claim only your friend can make a claim if it was sent 1st 2nd or recorded its insured for ?39 but only with some proof of value and proof of posting receipt.
special delivery is insured for up-to ?500 you basically need your friend to help get a form and start a claim ,and the other guys right only after 15days do they consider a item lost.

Are there any alternate ways to get to the Galaxy News Radio?
I'm playing Fallout 3 for the first time and I'm on the quest "Following in His Footsteps". The map is telling me to go through the metro in Friendship Heights but I get lost every time, plus those ghouls get annoying. So, are there any other ways to get there?
Not exactly what i was looking for but thanks a ton for the tip with the ghoul mask. That will save me tons of time and 20-30 mini heart attacks when out of thin air theres a ghoul in my face.

No it the map should show you a marker to get to when your in the tunnel so it shouldn't be to hard to find your way.

i haven't played this game in a while but i remember once u uh get out of this one specific metro there will be like four brotherhood brothers fighting off ppl and then they will start moving and go into an alley, you are supposed to follow them and they lead you to the Galaxy News Radio where that group and you together will have to take on a behemoth. After the behemoth is dead you can now go into GNR building and continue the quest to find your dad. hope this helped. And btw the map is usually right so if it tells u to go into a specific metro try to do that and explore every single section of the metro and its exists

You just have to get to Chevy Chase somehow. I believe there's several routes you can take through the metro, but Tenleytown/Friendship Heights is probably the simplest.

At higher speeds, the spoiler "pushes" the car down on its suspension. This helps with traction and handling. To illustrate this, put you hand out the window of a fast moving car and put your fingers together, making your hand flat. Then point your hand downwards. Your hand will be "pushed" downwards by the air moving past your hand.
I wouldn't bother getting one, myself.

They are more of a cosmetic item now days. The actual intent was to help keep a car planted more firmly on the road at speed. This is why racing vehicles still employ spoilers.

won't do anything for your car except look cool, unless you plan on going over 200mph. its real purpose is for racecars to keep them grounded by traping the air currents around them and help push the car to the ground and push it thru like a jet stream. (not sure about the physics of it just the purpose)

The effectiveness of the spoiler depends on the angle or the wing portion and the speed of the vehicle.

On a street car a spoiler does absolutely nothing but sit there and look good ( in some cases! ). Racing teams spend a lot of time and money designing and developing spoilers for race cars in wind tunnels that help increase down force on the road to give better traction for acceleration and turning. At the higher speeds experienced on a race track a spoiler can and does provide a benefit, but it has to be properly designed for the specific application. But on a street vehicle, even when buddy puts the great big honkin' spoiler on the back of his neon, it's doing very little! It's probably creating more drag and slowing him down rather than speeding him up! If a car comes with a factory spoiler...fine, but I sure wouldn't waste my time or money on putting one on a car after the fact.

Spoilers are there simply for looks, to make the car look like it's a high-speed racer.
Most spoilers are not even designed correctly for real high-speed performance. They wouldn't work correctly even if the car were driven 175-200 mph. In fact, they would create additional drag and slow the car down.

Man faces 4th deportation after Brewster arrest
BREWSTER - A Guatemalan man with multiple arrests who has been deported at least three times since 2002 after entering the country illegally was picked up again this week when Putnam sheriff's deputies found him squatting inside a vacant Park Street house, police said yesterday.
William D. Mejia, 31, is being held at the Putnam County jail on a federal immigration detainer after police charged him Tuesday with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, Sheriff Donald B. Smith said.
He could face deportation proceedings for a fourth time.
It wasn't until Mejia arrived at the jail that authorities there notified federal immigration officials and learned of his past. Smith said he was deported for the first time May 25, 2002, from an undisclosed location.
Mejia was deported a second time Oct. 18, 2007, after serving 15 days in the Putnam jail, convicted of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Brewster. He was deported a third time Dec. 30, 2008, after being sentenced to 90 days and serving time in the Westchester County jail for an assault in Mount Kisco.
Smith said that immigration officials were checking whether Mejia, who police say may have used several aliases, may have been deported in early 2008 as well. Mejia also has a 2004 conviction for driving while ability impaired in Bedford.
He was arraigned before Southeast Justice Richard Vercollone on behalf of Brewster Village Court and is due in court at 5 p.m. Aug. 10. Vercollone set bail at $5,000 cash.

This is a hard question to answer.
However, if a "Berlin Wall" was built with the proper sentries, training, technology, and willingness to kill illegal immigrants when necessary then there would be less of a need to deport them. It sounds cold but that is what it would take.
Other than that, build a massive maximum security prison on the the Mexican side and put them all there for 20 years.

It's a mystery/suspense novel, originally written in Swedish, by a now deceased journalist/author. The English translation is quite good. It was definitley written for adults. (Oh, and the original title in Swedish was actually MEN WHO HATE WOMEN.
