Should I watch "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince"?
I'm a huge fan of the books, but I was disappointed by the other movies, especially the "Order of the Phoenix". The movies aren't bad as such, but I tend to compare them too much to the books. Of course, I should see them a bit more separately I guess...
What do YOU think? Is the "Half Blood Prince" movie definitely better than the others or will I be too disappointed because it leaves out too many important parts of the book?
you will be disappointed they do leave out a lot of the book but peoples idea of important part of any book is different .I like to read the books and then watch the movies

Hi, I would recommend you wait to watch the film. It ends rather suddenly and I think it would be better to watch when the next film comes out so you see them together.
I don't personally think this film is any better than the others, that's just my opinion.
Enjoy the book again rather than watching the film.

you should but rent it when it comes out(idk if it is) i haven t saw them. If you have a redbox machine by you get it. read the book then see the movie and try to get the differences. i problay woud have fliped a coin or somting

Here's what you should do:
First, take off your clothes.
Then, flip a quarter high in the air. Watch where it lands, but DON'T LOOK AT IT.
Then, sit on it. Hard.
And with your a*s, feel if the coin is Head's Up or Tails Up.
Heads - you watch the movie. Tails - you watch 27 Dresses.
Now see how easy that was. And it didn't take any thinking - just letting your a*s make the decision for you!

If you can't separate them in your mind, don't bother... because then you'll just go around complaining about how it didn't live up to your standards. Nobody wants that.
Cinematically, it was fantastic. I'm a huge, and I recommend it, but not because it relates closely to the book. Since when do movies have to be exactly like the books to be acceptable? Half of the movie would be boring a heck if we were stuck watching Harry look at Voldemort's past. Only hardcore fans would want that. The movies are just based on the books; the books aren't used as manuscripts for them or anything.

Personally if you have just read HP6 I would wait a couple of weeks for the story to sink in so as not to ruin the film; but i would definitely recommend watching the film, even if its at a later date! I read the third book about a week or so before the film came out and it ruined it a bit for me, so now I think that the third film isn't too good!!!

I think avid readers of the books will always be disappointed by the films. They do leave bits out, the acting isn't exactly fantastic in parts, and it's never going to match the images and characters you've created in your head. However, I find that the films do really manage to create amazing atmospheres, and Half Blood Prince is definitely a good example of that. Go see it. If you accept that it won't be as good as the book and that it's different, you'lll still be able to seperate the two and enjoy them as seperate things.

The German army may have used Urals or BMW's but it was a film and they used the Dnepr and the chase bikes were Honda XL500 S adapted for the movie.

It was meant to be a Zundapp or BMW but they couldn't find anyone willing to wreck their wartime classic outfit so they used a Ural - which is a direct descendant and looks pretty much the same, especially from a distance - upside down!!

Can i get a reasonable compensation from the royal mail due to the loss of my parcel?
My friend has sent me a parcel with an ipod touch which worth for about ?100.
However the parcel was too big for my letterbox and i received the "you were out" card, saying that i have to collect the item at the post office.
I went there for 3times and the staff told me they cannot find the parcel, therefore they will ask my postman on Saturday and will call me if they find it.
They have not called or did not contact me at all.
I am thinking of claiming for a compensation, but I've never tried before so I do not know how to.
How much would I be able to receive?
Or would i be able to or should my friend claim for it?
(my friend said that she used the special delivery but i'm not really sure which)

Royal mail is pretty bad for this, if it was a standard recorded delivery, you will get a maximum of ?30 or so compensation. If it was insured to a higher value or special delivery then you should get the full amount. If it was first/second class, you're out of luck.

firstly the receiver you cannot claim only your friend can make a claim if it was sent 1st 2nd or recorded its insured for ?39 but only with some proof of value and proof of posting receipt.
special delivery is insured for up-to ?500 you basically need your friend to help get a form and start a claim ,and the other guys right only after 15days do they consider a item lost.

If it was 'special delivery' the sender can type the reference number into the RM website and it will either tell her where it is or tell her what to do.
Basic SD has compensation (iirc ?250) so she should be able to get the ?100 back.

Are there any alternate ways to get to the Galaxy News Radio?
I'm playing Fallout 3 for the first time and I'm on the quest "Following in His Footsteps". The map is telling me to go through the metro in Friendship Heights but I get lost every time, plus those ghouls get annoying. So, are there any other ways to get there?
Not exactly what i was looking for but thanks a ton for the tip with the ghoul mask. That will save me tons of time and 20-30 mini heart attacks when out of thin air theres a ghoul in my face.
about your goul problem if you complete the tenpenny tower quest and take the gouls side you then revieve a goul mask then all gouls become friendly when wearing that mask

No it the map should show you a marker to get to when your in the tunnel so it shouldn't be to hard to find your way.

i haven't played this game in a while but i remember once u uh get out of this one specific metro there will be like four brotherhood brothers fighting off ppl and then they will start moving and go into an alley, you are supposed to follow them and they lead you to the Galaxy News Radio where that group and you together will have to take on a behemoth. After the behemoth is dead you can now go into GNR building and continue the quest to find your dad. hope this helped. And btw the map is usually right so if it tells u to go into a specific metro try to do that and explore every single section of the metro and its exists

You just have to get to Chevy Chase somehow. I believe there's several routes you can take through the metro, but Tenleytown/Friendship Heights is probably the simplest.

If you want what you can do is skip GNR radio station completly, all you have to do is once leaving megaton on following in his footsteps go to the long river and swim to rivet city once there you continue from the point directly after GNR

It's a mystery/suspense novel, originally written in Swedish, by a now deceased journalist/author. The English translation is quite good. It was definitley written for adults. (Oh, and the original title in Swedish was actually MEN WHO HATE WOMEN.

Why does Nero from Star Trek look different from other Romulans?
In all of the other star trek TV shows, the romulans look mostly the same- but Nero looks way different. Why is this? The only thing I noticed that look the same are the romulans in Star Trek Insurrection- Is he like them?
From Memory Alpha: "Due to their shared ancestry, Vulcans and Romulans possessed very similar physiology. (...) Most Romulans had two brow ridges above the bridge of their nose, forming a V-shape on the forehead. However, a minority of Romulans lack these ridges, making them outwardly indistinguishable from Vulcans."
In the prequel comic Star Trek: Countdown, an explanation is given for the tattoos on Nero and his crew: "There was a tradition on Romulus that when a loved one died you would paint your grief upon your skin. Ancient symbols of love and loss. In time the paint would fade, and with it the period of mourning. Life would go on. We paint these symbols on our skin now. But we burn them deep. I suppose they wanted Nero to look different and to not just blend in because he's the bad guy and everybody has to know who the bad guy of the movie is... as time went on and the effects got better the aliens all started looking different (check out the Original Series' Klingons and compare them to how they look on all the other series) I guess since Insurrection came right before the new movie and is therefore it's closest living relative they're going to look more alike than Romulans from any other show/movie because there's not a huge make-up/effects gap between them.

Were there any Romulans in the ST Insurrection movie? I remember the Romulans from The Original Star Trek series, and from Star Trek the Next Generation series. And the Romulans were much fiercer looking in TNG. They had more grooves in their faces and protruding foreheads, and a more deadly threatening demeanour, and quite frankly were more interesting and well developed within the plot than the original Star Trek Romulans. Especially the Tasha story for instance.
Nero looked like a guy with Tattoos, really peeved off mind you, but not the Romulans from any of the series, so you're right on in your observation in my opinion.

Also most of the Romulans we have seen before have been Military, and Nero and his ships crew were just civilian miners as he said out making an honest living. I would guess that before Spock messed up Romulus and Remus Nero and his guys may have been pretty normal and decent folk.

What movie that hasn't had a DVD release yet would you like to see get one?
Any movie that you would like to see get released to DVD or blu-ray that haven't yet? For me it's Hide And Go Shriek, a slasher movie from the 80's that I've never seen but want to. Also, I think Halloween II from 1981 should get a special edition.
Made in Heaven (1987) with Timothy Hutton and Kelly McGillis. I love this movie SO much, and my old VHS copy is wearing out. I have searched for it on DVD to no avail.
