Has anyone seen the movie, 'Road To Perdition'?
I watched the film ‘Road To Perdition’ many, many years ago and really enjoyed it, however I never knew that the latest James Bond (Daniel Craig) was in the film. As someone who has developed a crush on the actor, I feel compelled to watch most of his films .. For anyone who has seen it – - what character does he play, is he one of the foes? And, if so, how long is he in the film for?

I love the film, I have it on DVD and have watched it a few times.
Daniel Craig plays the trigger happy womanizing and basically useless son of the mob boss. He is in about the first third part of the film.
Imo it was Tom Hanks and Jude Law who made that film though.
Have you watched The Invasion? He is really good in that.

Daniel Craig’s character in that movie is a bad guy. He plays an affluent Irish mobster’s son. He has been skimming money from his old man’s collections and kills one of the guys that knows it. Tom Hanks works for Paul Newman and his character’s son witnesses the murder. Daniel Craig’s character kills Hanks’ wife and son, but the wrong one. Tom Hanks and his older son (who saw the murder) split from the organization and are on the run, stealing the mob’s money from banks where it’s being held. Craig’s character is protected by his father’s higher ups, but only to a point. He comes to a bloody end. Good flick.

It’s easy to have missed him in Perdition, which is not saying that he doesn’t stand out, but because he was not widely known before he took on the Bond role.
In the past, some other actors have been passed over to play 007 because they were "too famous"
