Ok so i have known this girl for about 2 months and we have been flirting non stop. We are both physically attracted to each other, but I wanna know if she likes me on an emotional level. sitting here anxious?
i was supposed to go to the doctors to find out if my HCG lvls have increased to assure that the baby is still doing ok. the doctors took my blood at it was at 188 which they said is for someone thats 4wks and not 6wks pregnant but i have to wait until monday now due to bad weather that caused the office to be closed.
im so anxious to find out is my baby is alright. ive been on ordered bed rest due to my bleeding but they have done 3 pelvic exams on me and so far everything seems alright.
i just wanted to vent..its so frustrating having to wait and for a sign that my lvls have risen i just want to know if the baby is alright.
the bleeding has lessened and i had a slightly large blot clot but no pain and nothing else so far…i do hope everything is okay
they said it was too early to do an ultrasound, they used a baby listener on me but siad they couldnt hear anything like they assumed so i do think im only 4wks pregnant and not 6

i loved the korean movie "200 pound beauty", even the stupid parts, and im trying to download ”love on a diet”, but i cant find anything else like an ‘ugly to pretty’ or ‘fat to skinny’ transformation. im not trying to pigeonhole movies or drams, but can anyone give me a movie or drama (NOT ugly betty), even american, or any language actually, with a plot similar to ‘losing weight’ or ‘pretty transformation’.

In a poor zoo of India, a lion was frustrated as he was offered not more than 1 kg meat a day. The lion thought its prayers were answered when one US Zoo Manager visited the zoo and requested the zoo management to shift the lion to the US Zoo.

Far more than talking early, or words a baby knows, I believe personality traits play a bigger factor in happiness over a life time than brute intelligence. You could argue they are part of intelligence, certainly empathy is. There are many intellectuals who have unhappy lives because they don’t have other good traits, and cannot live with anyone. Maybe they are aggressive, bad tempered, and impatient. Parents Have you any proof your baby has these traits in my opinion, mostly born into you and more important than whether your baby can say the alphabet at age 2.
Our baby –
If you throw a toy on the floor she will get upset.
She will never leave out one of her dolls, in anything she does.
A mum was tying a boys shoes in supermarket, and she got upset and was trying to help the boy up. (obviously thinking he had fell )
She will give you her treat, even though she pulls a face doing it, because she wants it.
She will never hit or kick hard, whereas my brothers all had to be disciplined when they were babies, because they would gladly beat the sh@@ out of you.
Not too keen on her temper, as she can throw a tantrum, but I believe all these traits are born into you, and it just so happens her mum has a terrible temper. Oh well I am mostly happy.
How about your 17 month olds. Are they showing signs of developing sociable traits?

here is the deal..my family and i were having a wake today at our house and someone left the front door open and due to the door being open, my cat got outside and went under our front porch, and our front porch is pretty closed in, i live in colorado and at the moment it is 2 degrees outside and snowing, it has been snowing for 2 days now so there is a lot of it, my question is how long can he be outside for before he starts to freeze? and any suggestions on how to get him out?? like i said our porch is closed in with wood but there are small little openings that he can get in and out of…he is just not coming out please help asap!!

Once he comes near you, don’t jump at him or try to grab him suddenly or he’ll just run away again. Have someone there with you, and while he eats out of your hand, slowly try to take hold of him. Clip a collar on him, hold him, anything.

Also my cat gets out the house and if it’s too cold she’ll jump back in like ‘aw heck no. It’s too cold out there.’ So it is possible that he is in the house someplace warm. Also if you have a basement or cellar he could be down there as well. Luckily you have a fence so your cat couldn’t have taken a stroll through the neighborhood (unless he got through those small holes). But call animal control if you can’t find him within the hour. I hope that you find your cat safe and warm.

Look for posts about Poupon – that is my cat that went missing and has lots of extra tips. The main thing is your cat will NOT recognize you outside. This is because his environment has changed so much he feels like he’s in a dream and so you are just a dream character – some slightly familiar person who is completely out of context in this new dream like place. So he may run and hide from you.

Consider that cats sense more with nose and sound than with eyes, and noises and smells are altered when they are outdoors. He might as well be on mars.

Now follow all the tips on the website – choose the indoor cat pages. He is unlikely to roam, unless chased. Mine never left my deck – I checked his paws afterwards and he didn’t walk anywhere. I think he just slept.

You can build him a shelter with things that smell familiar to him – a polar fleece throw that smells like you is perfect. You can sew it into a roll with a big enough opening (held open with a big embroidery hoop or some such) and he’ll stay plenty warm. I had a foster squirrel that kept toasty in one of those! Don’t offer much food – you want him hungry. Check the shelter often. Call at regular hours. Prop your door open for a while with food in the room inside ( maybe with something to block all but the bottom to keep the cold out)
