What's the difference between being a non-conscious being and being nonexistent?
Babies cannot control their actions or even know what they’re doing since they are said to not be "conscious." Now, my question is, what does it feel like to NOT be conscious? I don’t remember anything that happened when I was a baby, I was just like a robot, doing things out of instinct, but I can’t tell the difference between the time before existence and the time when I was a baby, since I couldn’t "consciously" experience any of them. It’s like "myself" didn’t exist until I gained consciousness. What’s the difference between being non-conscious, as a baby is, and being nonexistent, doesn’t it feel the same?

Also, using this logic, you could argue that all animals are non-conscious, which means it’s like they don’t exist, they’re just like what I was when I was a baby. They die and they never even know that they were alive, just like a baby doesn’t know it’s alive either. What do you think?

Non-conscious just means you don’t realize you exist, even if you do. I agree that you do not truly gain a sense of self while still a baby, but I don’t think animals can be considered non-conscious. I believe adult animals are just as conscious as grown humans, just on a different (not necessarily lower) level from us

You had strange babies but then from what you wrote, that’s not surprising because if you were like a robot when you were a baby then I can understand why. They are not responsible for those actions until they are of the age to know that they are choosing. Our society considers that at 16 to 21 depending on who you talk to . God considers those 20 and over responsible.

I guess because our brains aren’t developed enough as a baby, so therefor we don’t remember anything until a toddler at least. If you mean non-conscious is the opposite of conscious, then the right word is unconscious. You can be unconscious but still exist. Like when you’re in a coma, knocked out, asleep. You’re still alive, just not aware of anything or able to think at the time. Being non existent is completely different, the only time you’re non existent is either before you’re born or when you die. Because it’s a word implying a state that you are at present.

The garbage disposal has a "rotten egg" smell and I've tried all remedies. What could the problem be?
The garbage disposal functions properly and grinds fine. It has had a "rotten egg" smell for the longest time. I’ve tried running it with diluted bleach, vinegar, ice, lemons. Nothing helps the smell for more than a day. An appliance repair man removed and flushed out the hose that attaches on the underside, but after a day the disposal smelled bad again. The appliance man said the "pipes" smell bad too. What do you think is the matter?
The sink and dishwasher also run properly. There is a filter water line also.

It’s probably not the garbage disposal but maybe fumes from the waste pipe. There should be a vent pipe in the wasteline plumping to let fumes escape from the living space, usually it’s through the roof of the house somehere. Maybe where that drain line runs a vent line is lacking or it’s in a position that doesnt’ carry the fumes away from that area. A good plumber should be able to trace the lines and tell you for sure.

In the meantime maybe you should leave the cover over the disposal mouth after use.

It may be the pipes – especially if there are iron pipes in the line somewhere they can develop a nasty smell. they may need to be replaced with newer pipes.

In the meantime, try this to see if it helps – it’s cheap enough to do every few days, or as often as necessary:

Put the cover on the drain/disposal and fill the singk with about 3 inches of water and mix in 1 cup of baking soda (bicarb). Turn on the disposal and unplug the drain.

If you want to try to see if it is old food stuck to the sides, mix 3 cups of white vinegar with 1 cup of baking soda and pour down the drain just before going to bed. Put the plug on and let it ‘work’ overnight. Rinse in the morning with a kettle full of boiling water.

Suggestions for serious romance/ reverse harem anime?
Hi! I was just wondering if anybody had any suggestions for some romance animes that I could watch. I really don’t like ecchi too much or yuki. I also don’t really like the romance animes that take place in middle school or harem.
I tend to like the romance animes when it is centered around a heroine and I really like reverse harem animes. I also like animes that date back in history or involve some sort of magic but it’s not necessary.

pretear (way to cutsie for me)
the wallflower – i couldn’t really see the romance in it
bokura ga ita (that one was okay, not really a fav though)
green green
ah! my goddess (though I really liked the movie)
there are others but I’m sure you get the picture

I guess I’m just getting worried that I’m running out of the good ones . So if anyone has any suggestions, I’m definitely open to them!

lets see shugo chara,angelique series which i think can be found on gogo anime or anime seasons,neo angelique abyss a spin off from the angelique series when searching on those sites i guess just put angelique ^^,yumeiro patissiere, lacorda d’oro,Saiunkoku Monogatari,and fushigi yugi thats apparently all i can remember lol but there alot of reverse harem manga that you should check out hope it helps ^^
